Privacy Policy

Draft — not approved for subscriber collection

Updated October 19, 2026. Owner confirmation and legal review are required before signup opens. NJ InsideOut Adventures operates njinsideoutadventures.com. The legal operator name, mailing address, privacy contact and applicable privacy obligations have not yet been confirmed. Signup is disabled; selections and text in the NJ InsideOut Adventures newsletter signup are not saved or sent by that form. The proposed legal operator is NGU Properties LLC, pending verification.

Information and purposes

When approved signup opens, we propose collecting your email address, chosen interests, optional county and frequency, language, and separate consent choices. We would use these only to deliver the updates you request and manage your preferences. Do not provide medical, disability or other sensitive information. This is an adult-facing service; it is not intended to collect information from children under 13.

Separate marketing permissions

Recreational newsletters and product or affiliate promotions require separate optional permissions. Choosing an interest is not marketing consent. Financial and insurance marketing is disabled pending approval of the licensed business, sender identity and compliance requirements. We will not share subscriber details with a financial or insurance business without separate authorization.

Email providers and consent evidence

Brevo is a proposed email provider, not an active subscription integration. Before activation, we must review its processing terms and international data transfers. The proposed double opt-in workflow would record the form source, language, consent wording and version, chosen permissions, request and confirmation times, and withdrawal history. Technical evidence such as an IP address will only be collected if necessary, disclosed and approved.

Affiliate links and third parties

Approved product links may earn us a commission. Clicking them takes you to a merchant or affiliate network whose privacy and cookie rules apply; those providers may measure referrals and purchases. We do not process retailer payments. Our use of affiliate programs will be disclosed before links are activated.

Hosting, cookies and analytics

Hosting and media delivery providers receive technical information needed to serve pages, such as network addresses and request details. This site loads fonts from Google and brand media from hosted asset URLs. No subscriber analytics or advertising tracking is being activated as part of this launch preparation. The owner must confirm all platform analytics, logs, cookies and providers before this policy becomes final; absence of tracking has not been independently verified.

Retention and suppression

Retention periods remain an owner decision. Before launch, define deletion periods for unconfirmed requests, active subscriptions and consent evidence. Keep only the minimum suppression evidence needed to honor unsubscribe, bounce and complaint restrictions, subject to applicable law; do not reactivate suppressed addresses automatically.

Withdrawal and contact rights

Every marketing email must include an unsubscribe link and a way to update preferences. Withdrawal must stop the relevant marketing without removing unrelated permissions. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion and other privacy rights. A working privacy contact must be confirmed and added before collection starts. No request form is active here yet.

Changes and review

Material changes to data use will require an updated policy and renewed permission when legally necessary. Legal review must confirm age handling, New Jersey and other applicable privacy law, marketing rules, security obligations and the final provider list. This draft is not legal advice.
